COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS BY DESIGN

​Community Solutions by Design (CSBD) is an accredited Minority Business Enterprise Architectural and Engineering design firm that has a collective group of interdisciplinary professionals that offers a unique and genuine perspective to the planning and design of our built environment. Our team of designers pushes the limits of the way buildings are designed, think beyond the box to utilize technology for increased sustainability, and help foster growth in our communities.

CSBD’s mission is to use the arts and sciences to promote positive socioeconomics that sculpt communities and build culturally conscious environments that thrive. Our goal is to be a part of helping confront some of the most difficult issues of increased sustainable living and better infrastructure solutions. These challenges demand creativity, critical thinking, and proactive listening which leads to deeper exploration of the problems that we face.

Jonathan Clark is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Community Solutions by Design, LLC. Mr. Clark is a multi-discipline technical professional with a combined 13 years of experience in planning, architecture, building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and construction. He strives to bring a holistic approach to the planning, design, and construction of our built environment. Mr. Clark has obtained his Registered Architect license, Professional Engineer license, as well as his Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional certification. Mr. Clark is a member of many professional architecture and engineering organizations such as Urban Land Institute. Mr. Clark is involved with design, building code compliance review, condition assessments, and analysis of new and existing buildings.

Mr. Boykin is a business professional who is passionate about building upon the success and fulfillment of contributing to innovation in building design. He possesses a profound understanding of his clients’ values, seeking to inspire meaningful design concepts and solutions. His meticulous supervision is a resource for all teams and projects, and ultimately fosters design and construction excellence.
