BNA Concourse A Reconstruction

The new 10-gate concourse will be a landmark project as part of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority’s (MNAA) $1.4-billion New Horizon capital program. To accommodate ongoing growth in passenger volumes, MNAA is expanding Concourses A and D, constructing a new air freight facility, and implementing various airfield capacity upgrades.

CSBD is supporting Fentress Architects by providing Tenant Enabling for Phases 1 & 2 of BNA Concourse A Reconstruction:

• Phase 1 Design – The enabling design schedule for phase 1 is 2023- 2025. CSBD is assisting with Construction Administration Services and Enabling for Phase 1. ​
• Phase 2 Enabling – CSBD will coordinate Final Airline relocation(s) back to Concourse A and Infill vacated hold rooms at other concourses. We will complete relocations in 2028.
