Our work includes new surgical suite construction and renovations of existing OR platforms while maintaining active operations. We coordinate mechanical systems, medical gases, and specialty equipment early to avoid costly field conflicts.

We design MOBs that balance tenant flexibility with healthcare-specific requirements: accessibility, medical waste handling, equipment power needs, and patient privacy. Our designs accommodate multi-tenant buildings where different practices share common areas while maintaining separate clinical workflows. We also work with developers on ground-up MOB construction and adaptive reuse of existing buildings.
