Project Overview

A landmark concourse for a $1.4B airport program.

The new 10-gate concourse is a landmark project within the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority’s (MNAA) $1.4-billion New Horizon capital program. To keep pace with rising passenger volumes, MNAA is expanding Concourses A and D, adding a new air freight facility, and implementing airfield capacity upgrades.

CSBD is supporting Fentress Architects with Tenant Enabling across Phases 1 & 2 of the reconstruction.

Scope of Work

Phase 1 design (2023–2025) — construction administration and enabling services as the concourse design advances.

Phase 2 enabling — coordinating the final airline relocations back to Concourse A and infilling vacated hold rooms at other concourses, completing in 2028.
