Inspired by Nashville’s spirit and part of the city’s broader East Bank development plan, the enclosed stadium emphasizes sustainability, multi-functionality, and community engagement — hosting Titans games, TSU football, and major events while opening 12,000 sf of community space for classes, job training, and gatherings.
CSBD contributes as part of the Architectural Associate team, providing critical consulting and design insight for the façade, waterproofing, and window wall — ensuring the stadium’s aesthetics and performance stand the test of time. The project is designed to meet LEED Gold certification, with eco-friendly materials woven throughout to minimize waste and optimize energy and water use.

Immersive 21-foot halo display — an iconic ribbon connecting video screens across the endzones to elevate the viewing experience.
